Return Policy

To initiate a return, email us at help@emporiumscents.com. We accept returns within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Bottles opened with 2-3 sprays are eligible for return. However, bottles used beyond that or outside the 30-day period will be returned to the customer. Items from bundle sets must be returned together for a refund; otherwise, only an exchange is available. We do not accept returns on free promotional items or cover the cost of return shipping.
